After our door to door pickups we travel by coach to Dover for the short ferry crossing to Dunkirk and onwards to Valkenburg with suitable stops. Our hotel for the next 4 nights is the Walram Hotel in Valkenburg where we are staying on a dinner, bed and breakfast basis. We will visit the Christmas markets at Valkenburg and Aachen and experience the smells of Funnel cake and mulled wine while festive characters pass you by.
